Travel Summer 2025

We know that sending your child to camp, especially from a distance, is a big decision. Our goal is to make the travel process safe, simple, and stress-free for both you and your camper. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
Arrival & Departure Times:
Arrival (First Day of Camp): For all sessions is between 4:30 - 5:30 PM
Departure (Last Day of Camp): For full & 2 week sessions is between 9:30 - 10:00 AM and at 5:30 PM for discover session

Northbrook Bus:
Departure (Last Day of Camp): Camp Nageela Midwest arranges transportation to Northbrook on the last day of the full and 2 week sessions. The bus is scheduled to arrive at 10:15 AM.
Flight Times:
Arrival (First Day of Camp): Flights must land between 11:45 AM – 2:45 PM (No staff available before 11:45 AM).
Departure (Last Day of Camp): Flights must depart between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (No staff available after 4:00 PM).
Each camper will be assigned a staff member for airport pickup and drop-off.
Parents will receive direct contact info for this staff member on travel day.
Unaccompanied Minors: Parents must provide the airline with the assigned staff member’s name and contact details.
Flight Booking Assistance (New)
To make travel even easier, we’ve partnered with Murray's Travel Centre. Contact Teresa at tsayles@dt.com or (309) 834-3707 to find the best flight options. She’ll book your child’s flight and send the details directly to camp.
