Camp Nageela Midwest is proud to host campers from over 25 states. The Camp Nageela office works hard to organize transportation to ensure that every child is able to come to camp in a safe and affordable manner.
Chicago City: The bus and luggage truck leave Chicago from Congregation Adas Yeshurun, 3050 W. Touhy on the first day of camp, boarding time at 1:00 p.m. departure at 1:30. On the last day of camp, campers board the bus at 7:30 a.m. in camp and return to Chicago at 11:30 a.m. This round-trip service is offered for $60.
Chicago Ohare International Airport: Campers are asked to book flights landing in Ohare between 10 and 11:30 a.m. C.S.T. on the first day of camp. Camp Nageela staff members greet each and every camper and guide them to the rest of the group where they are served a snack and then brought to camp. Campers are asked to book departing flights between 1 and 2:30 p.m. C.S.T. on the last day of camp. Camp Nageela will bring these campers to the airport and help them check in and get to their gates. Any flight arrangements made outside of these times MUST be cleared with the office beforehand. This round-trip service is offered for $65.
Chicago Midway: Campers are asked to book flights landing in Midway between 10 and 11:30 a.m. C.S.T. Camp Nageela staff members greet each and every camper and guide them to the rest of the group, where they are served a snack and then brought to camp. Campers are asked to book departing flights between 1:30 and 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. on the last day of camp. Camp Nageela will bring these campers to the airport and help them check in and get to their gates. Any flight arrangements made outside of these times MUST be cleared with the office beforehand. This round-trip service is offered for $75.
Drop-off/Pick-up: Families driving their children to camp are asked to arrive after 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. On the last day of camp, families are asked to pick-up their children by 9:00 a.m. C.S.T.
Camp Nageela will organize transportation from other cities including Detroit, Cleveland, and St. Louis provided there are enough interested families. Please contact the office for more information.
